Disaster

When you occupy my head
I know it's a disaster
It comes and goes without reason
But the stay is too painful.
Slides of that broken smile tear me down
Although you dream and sleep different.
I embrace bad thoughts in my head
But they are only as good as shots.
Because I know I'd forget them all
If you half spent time with me.
I'd burn out ambition for comfort
Of being in your vicinity.
That's why it's a disaster
When thoughts about you
Strike me suddenly out of nowhere.
