Disappointment

With all efforts we strive
All the hard work and commitment
Till the final day arrive
Challenges after challenges
Relentless pour of difficulties
From all angles 
As a team we persevere
Overcoming each and single challenge
But then eventually to be misunderstood
A great blow to all
Yet we move on
Ignoring the criticisms
Knowing too well
That we have put in our best
