As a lifetime member of Wt. Watchers, I support your advice in this abecedarian piece. I almost always fast the day before I weigh in for the month. Sometimes more than once. And I try to get in at least 8,000 steps a day. Phone app makes it easier. Congratulations on a fine didactic piece.
