Did You Know

  Did you know? 
Tirrell Quatern Sonnet 

Did you know soul also gets sick?
Not paying proper attention
to spiritual well being,
it gets sick for ignoring cries;

Spiritual study says a lot;
Did you know soul also gets sick?
If we continue to ignore
don't mend it, we'll undergo twinge.

And the emotional breakdown,
feel unexplained wrench, aches, tension. 
Did you know soul also gets sick?
Our mind, body, and soul are linked;

If mismatch, it affects other.
Did you know soul also gets sick?
