Sponsor Nette Onclaud, BEAUTIFUL WORDS ARE HERE Poetry Contest, 22 August 2026
The morning sun unveils a diaphanous gleam, A silver lilt is carried on the breeze, That dances lightly on the quiet stream, As wind-songs wake the ancient trees. The shadows fade across the shallow deep, The tide pours softly in the still lagoon, Where quiet waters in the hollow sleep, And far beyond the reach of any moon. The world awakes in hushed and gentle grace, A silent wonder in a timeless place.
