Diamonds Are Performers All

Diamonds, they are liquid light; their rays, hypnotize the eyes. Like Brother Sun, they may be harsh; for they can cut apart glass. A “girl’s best friend”, they truly are; they do “dress to impress”. In the oven where they bake, we live; awaiting their debuts; oh, they’ll all become great stars; performing on stages of the heart; the audience wowed as never before; diamonds only get better with age; we should all become their stage.
