Diamond of Perfection

Diamond of perfection

Like a gem amongst rough stones,
Hiding beauty from within,
I have found a special treasure,
Sought the beds of rivers flowing ,

Not in streets where people meet,
Found you when you were alone,
Sunlight mirrored you have shown,
Brushed and polished your reflection,

Rainbow coloured for collection,
Like a sparkling diamond you appeared,
Showing what I’ve missed till now,
Prisimed image of perfection.
