Why is diahrrhoea known as ‘the runs’
When it makes you sit on the loo all day

Oh hang on a minute, I’ve got to go …oh heck I must rush
The contents of my stomach need to pour out of my tush

The lower GI has its day! As a runner, I have ran this race many times over the years . . . short dashes are better than long runs . . . hope you have a "walk-loo" day!
