Dewdrops

There's only time
For A few lines
Of rays to break day
Then retreat never to be
Seen again
I swear the miracle
Shall just begin
As soon as I perform it

Candy wasted on a child
That brings a Rush
To the naked eye
I might prove wrong once awhile
But I've tried
Now I'm tired

Rivers run through my dreams
Awaken me through water streams
Cold and splashing
On my face
Just a taste to Outer space

A skillsaw saw skill
In the cusp of the kill
The return of the king
Such a small deal
I'm convinced still
That nothing else matters
Sadder and sadder
As the world turns
These are the days
Of our miserable lives
