Determined

I’m trying to achieve consummate prudence
But I’ll need to avoid all the pollutants that impeded
My spiritual movement

Diligent in faith and prayer
But when I approach the cashier
I’m told to “remain steadfast and austere”

I'm resigned to do His will
As I place my hand on the wheel
And take my pep pill

Dear Lara, today there is so much going on in the world that can distract us from our important goals in life. We just have to keep our eyes on the prize and with God's help and guidance, we will succeed! I love this very inspirational write, my friend! It's a 7! Blessings to you! Pandita
