Destiny

It's late in the evening And I've been watching stars in the sky When I see you in my thoughts And smile with you in my heart.. Then when the cool breeze of wind Blows the dark clouds up You're gone with my thoughts And you're now crying with my smile.. But deep inside of me is you You give life to what I do All those years may see you through Still I've been waiting here for you Even if you cannot love me Just stay with me and call me friend is all I want to be And I know it is hard to let you go or set you free But what can I do, if I'm not your destiny? 02-17-2017

Nice, Jeniffer. Yes, it sure is a hard thing - so hard that it gives me a bad feeling just thinking about it. Still, sometimes it's the right thing, the only thing that is best for the long run, for our lives to go on and be better.
