Dessert Invitational
by the moonlight i
take long sips of
its celestial white silk, and
follow the cookie path to
heaven, or
to hell, so
delicious, filled with
lemon cream, and
under the lemonade sun, i
sit upon the donut of
chocolate with sprinkles, a
smile steeped with
jelly and cream, a
beacon of
my childhood dream, but
i must consider the
day and night where
lies the gravitational pull
back to earth and
the crunching of
salad cures the
fingers and eyes, from
mistaken delights. the
orange sun squeezes out
its c, and the yogurt moon
spoons a much happier grin, yet
there’s no sin in an occasional
DESSERT INVITATIONAL win
