Desperation
In desperation I cry…
worry and angst overtake my mind…
Tearing apart…piece by piece…
Consumed with guilt and fear…I wallow… I weep…
Anguish is my friend…
Every struggle tightens this rope around me…
Slipping away…I fall…yet again…
Whimpering… I seek…I seek for help…
Will you pull me out of this pit I cower in?
Will you rescue me from this turmoil?
I take one step forward… then one step back…
Humble I come…in desperation… I… cry…
