Desire
Climbing into bed lying between my sheets
Languorous i stretch and sigh as i think of you
Feeling the warmth rise in my cheeks I pull up my feet
Curling up I close my eyes tight hoping to get rid of the vision that is you
A smile creases my face as my mind wanders...
Thoughts of you lying naked, breathing, asleep...
Raising myself up on my arms I look at the moonlit sky, the stars...
My hand slides up my body, my fingers of their will into my hair slip
I let them loose watching them onto my shoulders, fall...
My eyes on the silhouette on the wall across
A hand in my curls, out of my sheets I crawl...
Hand slides down my neck, I pause...
I look around for some sound i hear
Biting my lip peering into dark i hold my breath
Be still heart... for he is not here
Laughing softly I fall back onto my bed
Relishing the thought of your eyes on me
Slipping under my sheets I recall the words you said...
And as i close my eyes, I wonder what you feel when you think of me...
