Desire

I lay in the dark, eyes open cuz I cannot sleep
I just stare at the ceiling with these thoughts so deep

It's been a while since I've gone to church or even said a prayer
I've been starting to wonder if you're really there

I know I'm a sinner, a cheater, a liar
But there was a time when you used to take me higher

I ask for forgiveness, I pray you pardon my sins
I wanna be dedicated to you just like the gym

I'm gonna try my best to rekindle that fire
I'm in need of your love that is my desire
