Depression Out Loud

all these walls closing in,
suffocating me like they are paper thin.
no way to breath,
like my airways are clasping in.
depression gushing out my soul,
no matter the pain I can not make myself cry.
anxiety going so damn high,
believe it or not it'd make a grown man cry.
panic attacks that come without warning,
it's what I deal with every morning.
no one to talk to no where to turn,
sometimes I just wish everything would burn.
depression and anxiety on left,
loneliness on my right.
they don't need to show me their powers,
I know them every night.
