Depression

Within the darkness comes the light
To save you from this dispiriting night
But as the light dims you lose your way
Knowing the darkness is where you stay
Since the selection until the end
The darkness within is where you have been
From the mazes and canals of your once great mind
Comes the fear of being left behind
You've seen motivation from family and friends
Why doesn't this darkness come to end
A blessing to someone who loves me dearly
To leave the darkness you must listen clearly
