Depression
being depressed and feeling down
why does no one ever come round,
to hold your hand all through the night
to say that things
will turn out right,
is it your mind
that drives you insane,
or your heart that feels the pain,
being angry of the hurt
being depressed as no luck,
things are a mess as you may seem
no light on tunnel as happened to me,
closing your eyes and thinking of past
praying bad luck will never lasts,
hurting inside and see no end
no one around to put up a fence,
your minds wandering
through marshy grounds
just wishing a friend would come around,
your eyes water with hurt inside
your mind dreams of things that were nice,
loosing allot of what you had
now you think that it was all bad,
crying alone and breaking down
trying to run when depressions around.
scared of the feelings
that brings this pain,
being depressed drives you insane,
lonely at night and not a sound
then your mind starts wandering all around,
things looking bad as what you may do
feeling like the world is ending for you,
then out the blue a friend in need
comes to you in hour of need,
holding your heart and your hand
hoping you see they understand,
feeling there love for you and me
hope they smile in our of need,
they may chat or not say a word
wanting you to come out this blur,
keeping you going and making you smile,
telling you your lifes worth while,
there heart sees the stress your in,
they dont know how it begins.
all they want is for you to smile
hope your seeing your lifes worth while,
forgetting the sad and feeling the blues
they will take depression from you,
reminding you things aint so bad
reassure you its a set back,
making you stronger for things to come
reminding you your lifes number one,
open your mind and shake out them blues
as you should no true friends are true,
depression is just whats in the mind,
open your heart and give it time,
then you will see its not worth while
as your lifes preshious and loves around,
chasing the sadness and pain away
leave out the depression and live for today.
keep on smiling and chase depression away,
and pray your friends are near and always stay,
as what they have means allot
to show you love as all you got,
but your friendship means everything,
our shoulders are big and you may may cry,
please remember we dont want you to die,
your world is meaning and close to our heart,
i promise you this our frienship will never part,
so no matter how much your feeling down
your friends will always come around..
