Depression

The weight of the world is crushing me.
No one can understand what I am going through.
Day by day I drag through life.
Sometimes I just wish I could lay down for good,
Ending it forever.
But I refuse to relive this in my next life.
So I suck it up and continue.
Through the pain and the hurt,
I keep going.

Dear Ridge No one would choose depression for their life. You are actually more sensitive than some and this is a gift! It is to be used wisely. Your life is to give and lift up, in order to be happy. Our cares and material worries keep us down. There are also experts that assist in this and that's why they are here. Utilize them, and seek out the joy in your life and if you cannot see it right now, nurture it and make someone else happy, it will return to you! I really know! Love Jeralynn

Trust that this is a topic and not life. If it is life I hope that you are seeking help with mental health professionals. Keep the magical and creative pen flowing. Sara

many people may not understand the part about reliving experiences in the next life. many wiccans (like me) believe that you decided the experiences you would go through before u were born into this world, and if u commit suicide u will have to relive those same experiences.
