Depression

The wave of sadness washing over me,
Trying to solve this is not my cup of tea.
To hold in all this turbulent emotions,
I am in the need of some advocations.

Why does everything has to be so hard?
Can't I just let my feelings discard.
No one would be able to attune,
As it is invisible to others almost immune.

Not able to withstand,
Just in the need of a helping hand.
Or maybe I am just imagining all this,
But that false hope, is just a wish.

Thank you for putting down your experience with depression. Yes, it's a false hope that we are imagining depression as a mental health condition; no less real than hypertension. But, our condition brings a rich catharsis compared to those penurious happy people immune to pathos.
