Depart From Me

Depart From Me !
We all search in silence amidst the resistance and violence
Blood shed in our streets with heads today so far out of reach
One day we shall stand before the one in which we have to do
Neigbors in search of blood having bitten off more then they chew
The silence in the beckoning plow shutters out of desperation
A lone voice shall stand among the mass population
Class has ended so the time for being taught has ended
All of our sins will be laid at his feet without a chance to repeat
Those dreadful words no one wants to hear
I shed a tear to help numb the inner silence of the pain
Lest I refrain another far fetched memory to fan the flame
Depart from me I never knew you would be cruel
Still many will not enter into the eternal rest of renewal
Many will come from the east to west then sit with Abraham, Isaac & Jacob.
Those will be tossed into the eternal oven what a disgrace
We must choose within our hearts whom we shall serve now
There is no use in looking back when your hand is on the plow
Nature beckons to join up with God's children up above
Created on the wings of a white dove out of the hands of love
