Demons To Battle
We all have our demons to battle
Some manifest in different ways
Luckily alcohol is not one of mine
Everyone has lots of work to do
We all work to keep the government demons at bay
My heart is to big for political demonism
Would rather labor and build than lie
And then we reach the end of the cycle
Some of us can rest while others toil
Now how about you do you have demons
Have you battled with the alcohol one
And have you worked and toiled
To keep the government demons at bay
Do you have the heart for political demonism
Would you labor and build or can you lie
When you reach the end of your cycle
You can rest and enjoy the relaxation
There is someone ready to take your place
This might be the biggest demon you will battle
