Demons in Heaven

Demons in Heaven whispered of excitement,
Excitement in the hearts of men with craving,
Craving to fragment the ties of families,
Families torn apart, yet silence within.

Within the galleries where cherubs cry,
Cry for the households men aborted to keep,
Keep was broken, yet peace was found,
Found in the ashes that covered the ground.

Ground where the demons pirouetted with style,
Style in the decay of each sacred place,
Place of destruction, yet calm would upsurge,
Upsurge of odd harmony under crushed firmaments.
