I missed the three sixes until I read the comments - nice. Certainly got everyone talking with this piece, you captured a nightmarish feeling very well. The writing style & layout pulled me through the poem, made me rush, I don't think that is a bad thing in this piece, but it would have been much easier to read with some line breaks in there somewhere. Really enjoyed.

this one kind of eluded me but the images are horrifying and I liked what one person commented below how you used three sixes!Very symbolic. At the very first I thought you were describing someone like me, addicted to poetrysoup. haha. a chia pet poet sounds rather sweet! I had a devil of a night. I'll tell ya later if you are interested. But life goes on. Catch ya later! Andrea

An extraordinary nightmare, Joey. Really love the reference to "Chia Pet Poets." Frightening images very accurately portrayed! I've had nightmares since childhood too. Love, Carolyn
