Demented Memories

I love with these memories of madness. These atrocities in my brain. What I have seen and done in this time of national conflict, would frighten most. They would abhor me, find me repulsive. Regular people would be appalled at my actions. They couldn't be capable of understanding it was a different time and place. I had to shed myself and become the one who does what is needed to survive. So I keep these memories chained to my mind attempting to forget those horrible scenes that flicker in my mind. That come to light only occassionally, thankfully. And when they do surface, I will use your shoulders and ears to help be withstand the fight against my monster.
