Delusion
Delusion is reality when nothing exists.
It's trickery will lead you toward cutting your wrists.
The world is not what appears or it seems,
Most beliefs are really just dreams.
The truth is not based on what you can think,
Most of its based on how much you can drink.
While you are thinking, what you see is for real,
Time comes along and your life it will steal.
Thought only plays the main role for a sec,
To your feelings you go for a reality check.
The spirit is strong, then again can be weak,
Belief is the thing that makes real what you seek.
The people you love reinforce what seems true,
They don't really know any better than you.
So try as you might to make sense of it all,
Don't set yourself up for a terrible fall.
