Delight in something daily
A flower, a bird, a juicy tomato
Relish your good health
Your hearing, your memory, your clarity
Celebrate your children
Their happiness, their successes, their families
Enjoy your freedom
Create something, dance, sit in the sun
Smile if you can see
Use your sight to enjoy nature and children
Laugh at silly moments 
But never at people
Be enthusiastic 
By doing what makes your soul contented 
Be grateful
That you are one of a kind
A child of God
To thank Him
Delight in something daily
Follow your heart
And live your soul dream

It usually is not, but they are difficult to convince.
