Delight!
Delight is
Looking up one boring night seeing the moon
Hearing a soft, happy little tune
Getting a lunch discount at noon.
Delight is
Smelling the green freshness of the grass
Gazing at the back of your crush during mass
Learning something inspiring in class.
Delight is
Sending a blossom across my friend's face
Feeling the warmth of the sun, those golden rays
Knowing life has been good to me, almost always.
Delight isn't about money, grades, or diamond rings
Delight can be many little things
Delight can be anything and everything
Delight makes you want to dance and sing.
Delight is little things that make my day
Delight is what I remember when my nerves start to fray
Delight is a gift of life to smooth my way
Delight is not yesterday, not tomorrow, but today.
