All flowers have feelings In actual fact It takes lots of loving To keep them intact They need looking after With blood sweat and toil And water and feeding Improving the soil Keep out the weeds That will want to attack Kill off the flies Either white or the black Talk to them daily Play them some sounds See them improve Both in leaps and in bounds Be kind to your flowers Try not to neglect Be nice to your flowers And you’ll gain their respect
