Deja Vu

One day when least expected
I'll turn around
and he'll be there
with his back to me
and I'll know it is him
for I saw him
just standing there in a dream.

Free from vanity
soft spoken
a man
in the true sense
of how he was meant to be.

Chivalrous
and daring
strong yet meek
and I'll be content
to look and not touch
just to see he exists
and I can walk away.
