Defying Destiny
every life has a mission
some will rebel
others are meant for submission
only time will tell
mine is to extract
rhythm from my soul
to rebel and attract
the end result of my goal
to antagonize each spirit
into finding that groovy flow
revealing its unique merit
and its curious lovely glow
each life is set upon a road
but I chose to go astray
because all truth be told
we each need to go our own way
