With all my might I will defend you my Lord from the blasphemous for I know in my heart your art is holy! *

* It is the moral duty of every faithful to stand up and defend our Lord when He is attacked by faithless people who call Him a sinner, as a fellow poet has done! See also my "
Forgive Them My Lord"

But the tribe of blasphemous is growing by the day ... Anyway, the rays from your monoku are radiant and strong ...

Yes, unfortunately my friend, Probir, it is the majority but what would we do, join them? Of course not! So we keep fighting for righteousness no matter how few we are! Thank you so much for your lovely visit!

- As you say and we all know ... there is a choice to believe in God - Freedom of speech and freedom of belief - But we do not need to expand the boundaries - "But I tell you that for every useless word that men speak, they shall make accounts in the day of judgment" - hugs // Anne-Lise :)

It's sad to see, my dear. I have recently heard some whom I love say they have no faith in God. The pain the ripped my heart was and is severe. Sending hugs

For someone not to believe is one thing but to say that God is a sinner is another I think dearest, Eileen! Thank you for visiting and commenting my dearest, Eileen!

We never know, one day the one whom attacks our Lord will be used powerfully by Him. Paul is great example. Not all who are faithless remain that way. You do well to pray for them and ask God's forgiveness.

It is true my friend Richard that some of the blasphemers may change in the long run but again, could we let them be blasphemers without objecting their blasphemy because one day they might change? How many "Paul" do we know? I think we have come to the defense of our Lord and of our faith each time we observe abuse of our faith and our God! I know you are a good man of God! Thank you for your visit!

Back again on this poem my friend. Thanks for taking up the torch, both in your poem, your footnote and bringing this to the notice of the other peaceful poets. It is an abject aberration that a certain poet or poets take cover in cyberspace and lash out generous portions of hate and envy, bringing out blasphemous comments to emphasize their point - pathetic. Well said my friend...Maria

We, as poets, should be more sensitive to matters concerning God and we should praise Him for all things He is doing for us! Moreover we should always write with love and respect for God and all people! Thank you dearest, Maria for your lovely visit and comment!
