Deer Season

No snowstorm down south
Just moaning, sighing wet wind
That shivers my soul

My dad would like this one he loves to hunt. I enjoyed reading it as well, it reminds me of everyone in North Louisiana missing school for the first day of deer season!

Deer hunting in the wee morning hours is a cold sport in which to participate.Very descriptive write in this wee Haiku. Keep the creative pen flowing. Sara

Into each life, a little "sighing wet wind" must fall, Tim. But enough already, Mother Nature! The South has already set records and I'm ready for some brighter days. No fishing this weekend...or deer hunting, my dear! Love you, Carolyn
