Deeply In Love

One in a lifetime
Waking up and knowing you're still mine
The glow in my eye
It's one of those feelings that I just cannot deny

Standing,
I look down to get a glimpse of me
Only to look back up, shocked and surprised
Not believing my eyes

This explains; I'm now understanding
Why the new feelings explored;
Why the different look of the reflection in the mirror peering back at me
Kept me here yearning for more

I'm now face to face
With something so beautiful and longfully desired
I'd rather be no other place
Than here with my never ending flame in my fire.
