Deeper Into Addiction: Free Fall

Heart pounding
Skin crawling
Sight dimming
Life falling

Earth smelling
Dirt eating
Dust bathing
Life fleeting

Bone crushing
Body crashing
Whip lashing
Life flashing

Stomach empty
Pulse slowing
Throat closing
Life going

In an endless free fall
I start to lose myself
Where all that made me who I was
Deteriorates with my health

I'm losing myself in my own mind
I'm losing touch with the world around me
I'm losing who I really am
To my addictions...

Alcoholic binges and the worlds inside my mind.
