Deena and Dale- Love Letter

My Dearest Dale,

I the cutest dog in the world , loves a goat
You are the apple of my eye and soul mate 
Who knew we would end so soon, don't gloat
It was all because I got stuck in a pail, was it fate?
Nevertheless I want to give you and me another try
No one gets me like you, I want us to be forever 
Please whatever you do, please don't ask why
I don't want to live my life without you in it, no never
I know you are in complete shock, I understand 
I said some not so nice words to you, I was mad
But before the pail incident our life was quite grand 
If you don’t give us another shot I would be very sad

Oh, I think I saw their story at youtube or something similar to it while I was researching for this contest. I chose a different animal pair, thankfully different from yours and I better get started on it. This is NEATO. Good luck in the contest
