Dedication To My Mother

You taught us to be content with what we had To choose to be happy and not sad We were rich in love and mercy There was no such thing as I, you or me We were all one, living in unity Your love we tested, twisted and tried The more we pulled and tugged The more it grew wide Your love and compassion never once failed There is no question as to how we prevailed
