Dedicated To Those That Can Imagine

I miss the world
The bosom of the earth
The belly of mankind
The hands of time
The birth of a new day

I miss, I miss, I miss

I can only imagine

The break of dawn, and the close of eve
The setting sun
The rising clouds and sky
The moon and stars

I miss, I miss, I miss

I can only imagine

The everyday people
Their smiles
Their tears
Their faces
Their eyes ... especially

I miss, I miss, I miss

I can only imagine

My dear wife, my beloved children
My father, my mother
My siblings, my relatives
My teachers, my friends

I miss, I miss, I miss

I can only imagine

Color, red, white and blue
Depth, high and low
Nature, plants, trees and animals
Food, my dear mother's pasteles

Yet I can see

I can see

The Darkness
The absence
The pain
And nothing in between
And nothing in between

If only I could see
