Deck of Love

You say that you love me
But I love you more
You may up the ante
But I'm keeping the score

I don't doubt what you feel
Inside of yourself
Like a flush full of hearts
You're the hand I've been dealt

I don't say it to sound
As though I downplay your love
But since I've met you
You're like some kind of drug

Or a spell that's been cast
I can't look away
I can't find a reason
Try as I may

My pulse beating faster
Since you've entered my mind
My heads in the clouds
All of the time

I'm afflicted, addicted
I can't pull away
You're the only known fix
To start out my day

So should you claim you love me more
Please don't be too quick to boast
Since meeting you there's been no doubt
I will always love you most
