Deaths Last Hour
A burden of sorrow is given to this man.
A deluge of hate is on him as he struggles through the sand.
Loving eyes he bestows to all, through his pain.
Earth's loving life cries with heartbroken rain.
The gift of love is given and needs to be broken.
A soft, gentle wind blows through the words spoken.
Now, light hides in death's dark shadow of woe.
Every inequity of man is revealed below.
Justice rips apart the veil as, in fear, they hide.
The Earth trembles as the blood drips from his side.
As the man cries out with last breath taken.
Oh Father, Oh Father, why am I forsaken?
My Son, my son, you have given your all.
Now my children are rescued from this fall.
You have taught well and it’s time to rise.
For all of life now, will heal in your radiant light.
