Dear Soul

Dear soul
I m sorry for activating you
I knew not of what I had unleashed
I am sorry for not knowing how to nurture you!
In my defence you did not come with instructions
when you emerged!
You then left
I feel that It must have been your impatience with me.
I now beg for your return I haven't been
the same since you've gone
I did not truly know what alone was untill you left!
You see it wasn't my fault' I never knew a soul could exist like that. Were you a temporary gift? Or did I squander your existence?
I never felt such awr before and got scared of your existance, those moments were surreal and left me clouded wishing for a rewind.
Now that that fear will never exist in me again
The clarity I now have must have been your gift
I now whole heartedly beg for your return
come back to me so we can be as one once more!
