Dear Sister

Dear Sister,

My second mama... My responsible friend. Happy Birthday to you! You made it to 57, and with the state of this world, that's a win!
I'm not always around, but I feel you.
And, the sensitive girl,
with the crazy eyes... yeah...
I know the real you.
You are my....

Sister~Mama
Sister~Teacher
Sister~Friend

I don't know how to explain
how important you are,
in a way you'll comprehend.

You are...
The map, that I follow,
My high,
when I'm low.
You're the sun,
to my snow.
After the storm,
You're my rainbow...
You give me hope.
I don't know if I ever told you,
but I think you're kinda DOPE!
I must get it from you, Sissy...
You're my
Sister, sister...
Ever ready.
Ever steady.
My Sister, sister.
