Dear John
He laughs every time
when i see him
I give
with two small chocolate,
taps on left shoulder
"You are precious"
then I have nothing to say
"you too"
Over five years
Standing on the other street
towards John,
"come to me"
I gesture and smile
no car
no people
on the one way road
wind lonesome
John cannot come to me
Someday he won't be afraid of the wind,
doing across the road
we are still precious to
each other
if we can see it
if we can feel it
Our twinkles.
