Dear dad

Dear dad, how was I supposed to know what love, is or feels like. When you never showed me. Dear dad, I never knew what to look out in a bad, or a good relationship. When you and mom, never had an. Healthy relationship with each other. Dear dad, you were supposed to protect me. From being hurt by others but you didn’t. Dear dad, through out all of this I forgive you. Because now I know how to love myself. First and foremost and what to look for in, a healthy relationship.
