Invoke sages of ancient to animate you
And light the dark world with ingenuity
Dear African, stop lingering on earth
The world is amazed at your indifference
Rise up transform science and technology
Recall engineers of ancient Egypt and Mali
And lead the world to mysteries of wisdom
Dear African, stop lingering on earth
The world is wondering the gaze at each other
Hold hands and gaze at horizons in oneness
Rethink the wars and conflict in Africa today
And move forward to develop dear fatherland
