Deaf Friends

Whenever if you should ever find
yourself in desperate need of a 
2nd parties independent council
or friendly ear

And when you are willing to lay your
soul bare place your woes at their feet 
and they should dare interrupt 

Whilst you are trying to speak and
get the word's out you wanted
wholeheartedly to say 

To quote Star War's sudo- psychology 

This is not the drone you are seeking
then they are in fact after all not the
actual person or friend you though
they we're

Because if they we're surely then they
would care enough

To listen attentively and hear you out

Rather than talk over you which in
effect tells you everything about
them you needed to know 

You're friendship is actually based
on the premise

I talk you listen

Not the other way around
