Notes About The Poem

- Dazzling Light -

Love is the source of light
                                     In the silence it will give
                                        a deeper experience
                                        of the divine and find
                                    an inner source of strength
                                       The gift that was given
                                       We can lose everything
                                 The gain is unbelievably great

                                   "I am the light of the world"
                                 which we can read in John 8.12
                                    We are all part of this world
                            The darkness of the world is around us
                                    ... some never find the light

                                    I climb up a curtain staircase
                                and hanging up my Christmas star
                                  Look .. how beautifully it shines
                             it glows with fire writing for you and me
                                         The light of life, peace
                                          and the power of life,
                                          gives us hope and joy
