Days of Misery

"In the days of misery
My tear drops are warm and weary
Hope you hear me, I've suffered from Dsthymic depression
Sadness kept inside, can we ride
In the casket is where my thoughts reside
I don't wanna live and be blind
As long as you know I'm trying
No time to hide because it's you and I
I don't want you to move on to another guy
And leave me behind, I present myself crying
And pathway my hearts takes to engage the pain
I can't feel it but wish that wasn't the case
I place your name within a sense memory
And compelled fidelity
Our connection is the element that is helping me
And the pain that kept me
From committing suicide you helped prevent it
Make love exist with leverage

Dysthymia is quite difficult to live with, I understand. I suffer from MDD. You have written a beautiful poem here
