Daybreak

You’re a quiet secret, That I reply on my mind, From time to time, Making look a fool, Smiling all alone. On the backs of butterfly I fly, Taking me high into the sky, Leaving me to drift back down, Amongst the clouds, That peak through the sky. Orange blossoms bloom against the green, Covering what remains to be seen, A friend may all you’ll ever be. Well. I guess we’ll see.
