Day Will Soon Be Here
The day will soon be here
When the Lord shall appear
To take me to my home above
To see my family and friends I so loved
Waiting for me at those pearly gates
Will be my grandma who I have longed to see
My brother, David, running up to me
Embracing me, a beautiful reunion that'll be
Together we can walk down the streets of gold
Before us the beauty if heaven unfolds
Soon, very soon, that day I will see
The day we all are to be ready
